The SPS series of flat flake ice makers, with sub-cooling technology are built entirely of stainless steel. This series is manufactured according to the most advanced technology available and features extreme versatility.

Two versions are available: the classic and the split. In order to obtain flat ice flakes, a stream of water flows onto a fixed vertical evaporator.

This is then sub-cooled freezing the water instantly. At this point the ice is scraped off creating the flakes.
